Return Policy

At BODDYCLOCK, we want you to love your watch—but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as BODDYCLOCK is not liable for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and clearance/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
